Ashley Miller
Meet the Artist
Ashley Miller is a professional artist with more than 20 years of experience. Her artistic journey began in 1999 when she first explored oil painting at the age of 11. By 12, she held her first show, and at 17, she completed a mural for city hall.
She studied painting at Drake University and, at just 21, was selected as a featured artist for Ducks Unlimited, where she was commissioned to create a painting for their national charity auction. Over the course of her career, Ashley has been the featured artist for multiple private events, and her work has been showcased at art festivals, exhibitions, and gallery shows. She also spent five years teaching classes at the former Pinot’s Palette Studio.
In 2025, she was commissioned to design and paint a large-scale mural for Des Moines Public Schools, further cementing her role as both a creator and contributor to the community. To request a private commission, reach out directly.
